Automated Billing Processes
MediMiser is the billing component within MiniMiser. In the past, Medicaid billing
could take one person 4 to 8 hours a week collecting, verifying, reconciling, typing
and resubmitting claims. In other systems, an error requires an employee to resubmit
the claim manually. With MediMiser, employees can update information after it has
been entered so you never have to duplicate the data.
Billing can now be a natural part of your business. Instead of one person gathering
all the billing data, those responsible for the information now enter it in. For
example, when a user adds their client notes they enter in all required
billing data as well— allowing it to be billed right as they enter their note.
The idea? Only enter data once!
